Yes we do! Rush Fee: $15.00 depending on studio capacity. Please send us a msg for availability!
When Will My Order Be Ready?
For Pick Up: We aim to have your order ready in 2-3 business days.
For Shipping: Orders are shipped out every Monday & Thursday.
Where Is The Pick Up Location?
We are located near the intersection of Kennedy & Bovaird in Brampton, ON. Exact address is provided to confirmed orders only.
There Was A Mistake With My Order
We strongly encourage you to triple check the following before confirming your order:
- Spelling of the name(s)
- Birthdate/Birth Stats(if added)
- Your Mock Up

Can I Return/Exchange Items?
Non Personalized Items: Yes! Items must be in its original packing, un used, and not washed in order to be eligible.
Personalized Items: Once an item(s) has been personalized with your baby's name we cannot issue a return or exchange.
What Are The Payment Options?
Orders are paid for via electronic transfer (e-transfer/EMT) only. Payment details will be shared in our chat.
We do not accept cash.
Can I Pay At Pick Up?
At this time, all orders must be paid in full before we begin creating your personalized piece. Because every item is custom-made, advance payment ensures your order is securely reserved in our queue.
