For rush orders a base fee of $25 will be applied to your total.
*Rush fee is subject to change depending on the order size, design layout and turnaround time.

Live Chat and Instagram DMs are monitored Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm. Msgs outside of these hours will be responded to next business day.

Orders for pickup are scheduled for:

Wednesdays & Thursdays from 12pm - 7pm ONLY
*If you've missed the pickup window, your order will be moved to the following week for pickup.

We kindly ask that you DO NOT attempt to pickup your order outside of the pickup window. Unannounced visitors will not be serviced. Thank you for respecting our studio and time.

Orders are typically ready in 2-3 days for shipping. During peak sales and holidays you can expect you order to be shipped in 6-8 business days.

Non personalized items: Yes. Un-worn, un-washed items must be returned with original tags and packaging. Please contact us directly with your concerns and pictures if applicable.

Personalized items are final sale.

If there was a spelling or font error on our behalf, absolutely!

If the embroidery was done according to the information provided by the customer, we cannot be held responsible.

We highly encourage you to triple check spelling and font selection before checking out!
